“My
whole life I had the constant fear that whatever
I done and said was never good
enough and that it was always judged and criticized. Therefore I
never did
anything and by so doing I was protected from all this hurt. I never
wanted to stand
out and be noticed or be recognized for anything as I was not comfortable
with the
limelight. This (support) even made me go beyond my beliefs about
myself and I
put myself on the line and it was a huge stretch for me but with
your support it
turned out to be a breeze.
I want to take this opportunity to thank (.... OPTIO
.... ) for the work they are doing in
supporting us to be all we can be and for helping me to be OK with
me….
THANK
YOU!!!!!!!!”
Doing this workshop enabled me to see how I was living my life
out of constant fear
of non acceptance if I did something which was unacceptable to
those around me .
The workshop showed and gave me the tools to live my life free
of that fear.
If I was asked, “What, if anything, did the OPTIO workshop
do for you?”, I would have to reply that it enabled me to
travel the Optimum Path To Inner Observation.
That may sound a little cliched, but I know, in all honesty,
that I would never be where I am today had I not taken part in
the OPTIO workshop. I would still be compromising on what I really
wanted out of life. I would still be unaware that I was not taking
responsibility for my own life, and I would still be feeling unfulfilled.
The fact is that I was not even aware that I was carrying these
emotions around with me until I did the workshop. It was a total
realisation of my Inner Self and has Empowered me to take Responsibility
of MY life. I have no idea how OPTIO derived it’s name but
for ME, it was the Optimum Path To Inner Observation.
My eternal thanks to ( ....... OPTIO .....) for caring enough
about humanity to allow me this experience. I now feel equipped
to complete and enjoy the rest of my journey through life to its
fullest.

(.... what the OPTIO workshop did for me ...)
...... Read
this true story...
"In Thailand there was a monastery (which
housed) a huge clay Buddha 10 ½ feet tall. As
the city engineer
decided to build a highway right through the temple
where the monastery was standing, the head monk
decided to find a new location for the clay Buddha.
They asked other temples but they refused to take it.
They
found a small monastery that was prepared to take this
clay Buddha. They removed the roof of the monastery
and used huge crane to lift this Buddha out. On this
day they were running a bit late and that afternoon
they
attached chains to the Buddha. As the crane was lifting
the Buddha it was straining. In fact the chains were
creaking. As they started to lift this Buddha to put
it onto the truck to take it to its new home, it started
to crack
at the base. They were running late so the monk told
them to put the Buddha back on the ground. As the dust
settled he saw that the crack had widened. They decided
to postpone the operation for the next day as they
realised that they had misinterpreted the weight of
this Buddha. So they covered it up with a huge piece
of
plastic to protect it from the rain they were expecting
that evening. When it had finished raining, the head
monk looked at the Buddha where the crack was, he personally
took the tarpaulin off to look at the crack and
saw something glistening. He fetched a chisel and gently
removed some of the clay. To his astonishment he
saw there was gold underneath the clay. He spent the
night doing that and as the sun came up he found himself
face to face with a solid gold ten foot Buddha. He
could not figure it out. It took historians weeks and
moths
to
figure it out. So basically what had happened is a
couple of hundred years ago when Thailand was still
Siam,
the locals found out that the Burmese were going to
invade that part of Siam and in order to save the golden
Buddha they covered it up because they knew that the
Buddha would be taken apart and melted down to form
coins. And as Thailand grew, the village and this temple
became part of the city. You can go and visit this
Buddha in the temple of the golden Buddha. You will
be awe struck by the huge kindly Buddha smiling down
on you. It weighs 2 ½ tons and is worth lot
of money. And all the other temples that said no to
thank
you to
this Buddha is kick themselves nicely."
And that is what the workshop is about removing all
the layers of clay to expose the
gold that is inside of us!!!!!!!!!!!!! The moment
I heard the story I though of my clay
and the gold that is inside we were all born golden
light beings and slowly but surely
our clay (mould) gets formed.......
And I think it is
beautiful that your purpose (Sergio) is to help people
to get their clay
(moulds) off so that their gold can be exposed!!!!
